Have you received my order?
We will validate your order and credit/debit card details you submit to us before your order can be accepted. Having done this, we will send a conformation email to the address used to make your order.
Has my order been sent?
Having received your payment we will then retrieve your item(s) from our store or supplier, package it, and then send it according to the delivery method you have selected. We will send you a conformation email having dispatched your order, and if applicable, this will contain your track and trace number.
I have forgotten my password, what should I do?
Click the 'Forgot your password?' link which is available after you select 'Sign In'. You will then be prompted to enter your email address. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.
I have changed my mind about my purchase, what should I do?
It is possible to return or exchange your items, given that a number of conditions regarding your purchase are met. Refer to our Returns Policy for these conditions and other important information.
I have received by order but it is damaged, what should I do?
We are happy to refund damaged goods, although we will not refund for damage caused by the customer. Refer to our Returns Policy for more conditions and other important information.
How do I stay informed about new products and special offers?
We send out an email newsletter monthly where we promote our exclusive online deals, as well as information on national and local Manawatu events, and healthy ideas.

I want to send my order as a gift, is this possible?
Absolutely! Simply add products to your cart then checkout as usual ensuring that the Gift Recipient’s details are entered as the delivery address. There are a few issues for you to consider:
- Any single order will be dispatched as a whole to the address shown on the packing slip. We are unable to split orders to two addresses.
- A pack-slip has to be included with each parcel stating the cost of products purchased. We are unable to omit the pack-slip or delete products or prices from it, sorry!
- We take extra care to individually wrap each order carefully but can’t gift wrap or include printed gift messages in parcels at this stage, sorry!
What is a product review?
Product reviews provide a forum for Vautier Pharmacy customers to share their personal experiences with products and therefore assist others in their decision making.
We attempt to publish as many reviews as possible but we reserve the right to choose not to publish reviews if they contain any inappropriate language, comments or opinions. Both positive and negative reviews are welcome, however questions and complaints should be forwarded to our customer services team in the first instance.
How do I review a product?
We welcome you to review any product on our website. You can do so on the individual product pages. Once on the product page in question, scroll down past the product overview to the 'Customer Reviews' section. Simply click 'Write a review', fill out the fields then click the 'Submit Review' button.
You'll now be all done and we'll publish your review as soon as we get the chance to have a quick check for anything inappropriate (not anticipating this in your case at all of course, it's just our standard procedure)
How much of my personal information do you retain?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. This is kept 100% confidential and stored securely through Shopify. We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure this information is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
