Returns Policy

Have you changed your mind about a product you bought from our site?

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We will gladly refund or exchange purchased items under the following conditions:

  • All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will refund damaged or faulty goods. We will not refund for damage caused by the customer.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • Used cosmetics and sexual products are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, a credit or refund will be issued within 30 days and a confirmation email will be sent. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
